Well, I have tried numerous times to upload a really cute video of John riding in the wagon for the first time, but unfortunately it is too long, and my computer can't handle uploading it, so the pictures will have to suffice.
So, one of John's first gifts was a little red wagon from his grandparents. He loved watching his Grandpa put it together and even helped out a couple of times. He thought it was grand when Grandma & Grandpa took him and Kebap out for walks, cuz he could see all the way around, instead of just straight forward and to the right and left, as he can in the stroller.
In case you are wondering about the title to the post, every time we mention going out with the wagon, Chris busts into cadence singing:
"You can't ride in my little red wagon,
The backseat's broken and the axle's draggin.
Second verse same as the verse, a whole lot louder and a whole lot worse."
So, needless to say, it is constantly in my head, however my version or how I thought it went goes:
"You can't ride in my little red wagon,
The axle's broken and the wheel's draggin..."
Not sure if that's proper mechanics, but hey, that's what comes to my head!!
